Participation Requirements
NEW
READERS/HEALERS:
• Must have completed all evaluation which is held
on Friday night before the fair from 6:30-8:30pm
• Readers must submit a copy of Certified Proof
of Ministerial Credentials from the Minister's Registry
(book and page number) from the state in which they
are licensed
• Healers must submit a copy of professional licenses
and/or proof of membership in any applicable professional
organization
• Must turn in completed professional forms to
one of the officers before the start of the fair on
Saturday

VENDORS:
• Must submit photos or examples of merchandise
to be displayed prior to being accepted into the fair
• Must turn in completed professional forms to
one of the officers before the start of the fair on
Saturday
GENERAL
REQUIREMENTS:
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. OPERA denies responsibility
for collection of taxes, all liability for any injury
and/or loss to participants or their property while
at the metaphysical fair. OPERA is not responsible for
cancellation of a fair due to factors beyond our control.
You
are welcome to bring flyers, business cards, information
sheets, etc. for our courtesy table. We reserve the
right to remove from display any unsuitable items.
All
tables must be covered by linens and displays must be
neat. Readers and healers must have signage showing
available services and the fees for those services.
Please be responsible for cleaning up your own table
area.
Readers
and healers may not give readings or do healings on
anyone under the age of 18 without a parent's permission.
Weapons vendors may not sell weapons to anyone under
the age of 18.
This is an alcohol and smoke-free environment. Children
12 or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
