membership is offered to the general public at OPERA's
discretion. General membership dues are non-refundable
unless it is OPERA requesting the member to relinquish
their membership. Appropriate conduct is expected during
any contact with the public and/or other General or
Professional OPERA members. This includes providing
any advice, information, or opinion that would lead
a non-member to have any negative opinions of OPERA
or its members.
